We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service at any time, with advance notice to users.
You agree to use KaixinVPN only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: distributing malware, unauthorised access to computer systems, sending spam, conducting any form of cyber attack, or infringing any third-party intellectual property rights.
KaixinVPN services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the agreed fees for the subscription period. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. Subscription fees beyond the 7-day window are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. Subscriptions must be renewed manually or via auto-renew to continue after expiry.
We do not guarantee that the service will be accessible in all regions at all times; availability may be affected by local laws and regulations, technical limitations, or third-party actions. KaixinVPN shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you discover unauthorised use of your account, contact us immediately. KaixinVPN is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account information secure.
KaixinVPN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect and request a refund where applicable.
